Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Service

Mutton Rajaa offers delivery services for eligible orders placed through our website, WhatsApp ordering platform and other direct ordering channels.

2. Delivery Area

Deliveries are currently available within approximately 3 km of our restaurant location. Delivery availability is subject to serviceability checks and operational conditions.

3. Delivery Charges

A delivery fee of ₹40 may be applied to eligible delivery orders. Delivery charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 30–45 minutes from order confirmation. Actual delivery times may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, festivals and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Hours

Delivery services are generally available during restaurant operating hours. Orders may be accepted only during active service hours and subject to operational capacity.

• Sat - Sun: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

6. Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the order. If our delivery personnel are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect address information, unreachable contact numbers or customer unavailability, the order may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for refund.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not automatically qualify for refunds or compensation unless the order cannot be delivered.
