• Orders cancelled before food preparation begins are eligible for a full refund.
• Once food preparation has started, cancellations cannot be accepted and no refund will be provided.

3. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellation

If Mutton Rajaa is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, stock unavailability, operational issues or service disruptions, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items

• If an incorrect item is delivered, we may offer a replacement or refund after verification.
• If any item is missing from the order, a partial refund or replacement may be provided after verification.
• Customers should report such issues as soon as possible after receiving the order.

5. Food Quality Concerns
